5. In the process of installing and using the products provided by our company, if there is a quality problem, after receiving the user's feedback, we will guarantee to reply within 24 hours. If it is necessary to send someone to deal with it, the company will immediately send someone to the site for service or give a satisfactory answer. The quality problems of our company's products will be repaired in time, and companies that cannot be repaired will be replaced or returned.
